Statewide Abstract Corp, the oldest family-owned title insurance company in Westchester, has added Susan Davenport Panny to its roster of talented real estate professionals. “Susan has been a successful real-estate sales agent for more than 20 years and brings a wealth of real estate industry knowledge to her new position with Statewide,” says President Kenneth Meccia.
“Susan also has a paralegal background and will soon obtain her notary license and act as a closer when needed for Statewide Abstract. We are excited to add her to our experienced team,” added Meccia.

Panny has been licensed to sell real estate in New York for the past twenty years and Connecticut for the past six and is currently with RE/Max Classic Realty in Somers. She serves on the board of NAHREP Westchester as Educational Director and is a former member of Master Networks. She has helped families relocate in and around the region for two decades and is passionate about educating clients on all facets of their residential real estate transaction. Panny resides in Mahopac with her two daughters.
