Ken Meccia, has led Statewide's marketing and sales division since 1981. Under his management, the company has expanded from its beginnings in Westchester County to serving clients throughout the tri-state area, as well as, nationwide. Ken also heads up the Manhattan office, which has seen considerable growth within the past two years. He is an active member on the Development Board of Hudson Valley Bank and is also a member of The New York Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Westchester County Board of Realtors. Ken served for two years on the White Plains Zoning Board of Appeals and is a licensed real estate agent.

Alan Meccia

Alan's 30 years in the title insurance industry has provided him with a wide-range and in-depth knowledge of both commercial and residential real estate transactions. His constant improvement of Statewide's efficiency, has enabled the company to present clients state of the art technology. Because of his credibility and expertise within the title insurance industry, Alan's company-wide goal is to deliver a smooth transaction from origination to closing no matter how complex the deal may be.

Jim Meccia

Jim Meccia's career in the title industry began in 1957 and included various executive positions with major Title Insurance Companies in both New York and New Jersey. Jim has worked extensively with some of the top developers, law firms and lenders throughout his many years in the industry. In 1979, he founded Statewide Abstract Corp in an effort to provide the legal, financial and real estate communities with sufficient title insurance protection. Today, he is still actively involved with Statewide which is now run by his two sons Alan Meccia, CEO and Kenneth Meccia, President.

Mitch Usavich

Mitch spent his early years in managing Statewide's Poughkeepsie office before becoming the Sr. Vice President of the Production/Operations Department in the White Plains office. His extensive background includes service on the Zoning Board of Appeals and Trustee for the Village of Wappingers Falls, as well as 10 years of service for the town of Poughkeepsie South Baseball and Hockey League. He specializes in problematic title issues both commercially and residentially.

Stephen Spedaliere, Esq.

Stephen M. Spedaliere has been counsel at Statewide Abstract Corp. for over three years. Prior to becoming in house counsel, Stephen was a sole practitioner in White Plains. Stephen is a 1999 graduate of Pace University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.

Stephen's experience in the title industry began in 1998 with First American Title Insurance Company of New York in White Plains. From there he joined the law firm of Jason & Nesson, L.L.P. in Rockland County. Stephen brings his extensive experience and knowledge as a practicing real estate attorney to the company. With this experience, he is able to focus both on the legal and title issues to ensure that all of Statewide's real estate transactions close with the utmost professionalism.

Julia Kirby

Julia is a thirty-year-plus veteran of the title industry. She has managed New York State and National operations for Ticor and Chicago Title Insurance Company. She was Vice-President and New York Manager of Stewart Title Insurance Company's New York OPerations specializing in commercial and national transactions. Prior to joining Statewide, Julia was the Executive Vice-President of a multi-state title adecy lender affiliate and was on the Executive Team of the lender. In addition, she served as the Cheif Operating Officer of a full service commercial title operation in Manhattan for four years.

Kirby received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emmanuel College and holds a Masters degree from Fordham University.

She has served on the New York City Adivsory Board of Independence Community Bank and on the Board of Directors of Ticor Title Insurance Company.

She is a member of WX, Inc., the Executive Real Estate Women's Association, CYO Super Bowl Chairman for the Archdiocese of New York, Cardinal's Committee for the Laity and numerous other professional and civic organizations. She has taught real estate courses at Westchester Community Collede where she served as an adjunct professor.

Richard Krasner

Richard Krasner began his career at Statewide Abstract in September, 1992. During his career at Statewide, he has built an extensive client base of attorneys, lenders, realtors, and developers throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City. Rick enjoys entertaining and networking with clients on the golf course. He has been involved with Business Network International since 1998 as a member and Chapter President. He is an active member of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association and the B'Nai Brith Real Estate Group. Rick lives in White Plains with his wfe Robin and daughter Kimberly.

Karinta DiMartino

Karinta began her title insurance career with Statewide in 1998, where she managed the day to day operations. After working for a developer, obtaining her Real Estate license, and managing a bank branch in Mount Kisco, title insurance was a natural fit.

She's loyal to her clients, committed to excellence in service, and attributes her success to strategic networking. She is active member in PNW, Rising Tides Alliance, Westchester County Board of Realtors, Westchester County Bar Association.

Connie joined the Statewide team in 2006. She has a vast array of expertise that she brings with her from her prior sales experience and combined legal background. Connie is a graduate of New York Law School which enables her to provide her clients with astute legal knowledge. Connie works with a myriad of lending institutions, attorneys, realtors and developers throughout New York in both the residential and commercial arena and believes that networking her clients together is the continued path for success.

Elaine Heyda

Elaine brings 20 years of sales experience to Statewide. Prior to joining the company, Elaine spent 17 years as an Advertising Manager for the New York Times. She opened the Manhattan office for Statewide in 2006. She is responsible for developing and forging new relationships within the Real Estate marketplace, specifically with law firms, banks, realtors, developers and mortgage brokers. Her networking skills have contributed to Statewide's growth in both the commercial and residential markets in New York City; Elaine is actively involved in an array of Manhattan networking groups. Her goal is to market her clients and grow their business.

Cindy has over 8 years of experience at Statewide Abstract. Her multitude of tasks includes the handling of applications, proof-reading, organizing and distributing of all title reports. Mary Anne has been part of the Statewide team for over 16 years in the Legal Department. Prior to joining Statewide, she spent 10+ years working for two national underwriters - First American and Ticor Title. Before starting in the title industry, Mary Anne spent 13 years in banking as an operations officer and assistant manager.

She has worked as a data entry clerk and she spends most of her time at Statewide typing title reports, letters and courtesy searches. She has created a state-of the-art filing system which has helped the staff readily access all title reports/documents.
